I am an educator, mother, and wife. I am passionate about empowering people to live healthy, less toxic lives through choosing real nourishing foods and eliminating household toxins.
At the age of 32 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I made a commitment to make healthy choices for my family and I.
My goal is to have my time spent work for you. I believe we can all be empowered to make healthier choices for ourselves, our families, and our planet!
Join me for a relaxed and informative Food Store Tour at Whole Foods Market in Chapel Hill. You will learn which how to read labels, which preservatives to avoid, healthiest packaged options, and which fruis and vegetables should be organic. We can also discuss beauty products depending on your questions! I will suggest meal prep ideas, shortcuts, and follow up with recipes. This is a personalized experience to meet the questions and preferences of the group.
Children are welcome and I encourage bringing them so they learn how to read labels and they can take part in meal prep.
Each participat or (family) will recieve a reusable cotton produce bag.
I look forward to sharing my joy of nourishing food with you! Let's bring health and nourishing foods back to your kitchen!
