Learn how to make healthy plant based meals using unprocessed plant foods as the key ingredients, Indian spices as the key flavors using the instant pot as the key cooking tool. Learn basics of instant pot cooking including how to use various settings like manual, sauté, steam, yogurt mode and when to do natural versus quick release. I will also review using Delay Start feature.
We will use 3 Instant Pots as follows:
- learn pot in pot method to cook French Lentil soup and Quinoa in the same pot.
- Chana Masala. Learn how to use dried chickpeas and how to sauté ingredients without use of oil or butter.
- Tofu, Asparagus, Brussels Sprouts stew. Learn how to do a quick release
In addition, we will make Hibiscus Tea and you will have opportunity to taste pre-made vegan yogurt and tofu chocolate mousse.
