I am an Endocrinologist passionate about healthy eating. I strongly believe healthy eating starts with healthy cooking. The main barriers to cooking are now knowing how to cook, now knowing what healthy ingredients to cook with and lack of time. I hope to eliminate all of these barriers through my 3 experiences and make healthy cooking and thus healthy eating a daily reality for you.
Since research has shown that most of us rotate through 8-9 recipes, my goal is to teach you 9 recipes that you can make on a regular basis using super foods like beans, lentils, chickpeas, unprocessed whole grains like quinoa, forbidden rice, vegetables like asparagus, broccoli, sweet potato, kale cooked only in water or broth (no oil or butter) using the Instant Pot which significantly cuts down on cooking time.
Learn how to no longer be intimidated using a variety of spices and herbs to transform these super foods into delicious meals.
Join me as we continue our journey with easy, healthy plant based recipes.

We will make the following recipes:
- Saag Tofu using different greens like kale, spinach, mustard greens
- Rajmaa curry using various beans and legumes like adzuki beans and dark red chickpeas
- Brown rice combined with forbidden rice
- Peanut butter balls for dessert
I will also show you an easy way to make crispy indian papadam without frying.
