Outdoor Adventures adventure hosted by Bryan

For 18 years, I have been working and studying in the field of Outdoor Education/Recreation. I currently hold a Master's of Education from Linkoping, Sweden and a Bachelor's in Outdoor Experiential Education from Appalachian State University. From adventure camps, to corporate team building up and down the east coast, to guiding canoe trips in southern Germany, my career path has allowed for a wide-variety of incredible experiences all over the world. However, I have called the Triangle home for over 20 years and I always enjoy exploring and sharing the amazing natural wonders that NC has to offer with others. Now, my favorite adventures are the ones I get to co-lead with my amazing wife, Maura!
Come join us as we hike, kayak and hang out by the campfire! From start to finish, you'll be asking yourself why you don't get out more often. We will take care of all of the details: the food, the gear, and all of the miscellaneous preparations. Following a short 3-mile hike, we'll launch kayaks, canoes and paddleboards into the lake. As the sun sets, we’ll have dinner and spend the evening around a crackling campfire, with s'mores-covered faces on the water's edge. We’ll take care of camp setup and breakdown so all you have to do is soak in the outdoors and enjoy!
