I fell in love with sound of gong after I experienced my first kundalini yoga class with gong. The effect of that sound I felt for days after the experience. It was something that it is hard to describe in words. I learned that it is different for everybody and you get more out of it when you are really relaxed. In relaxed state sound penetrates and balances your nervous systems. I was so curious and eager to find more about this modality. After my KY teacher training I followed my passion and went to training on how to play gongs and how to play therapeutically. I continue to learn and explore more and happy to share this modality with people.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow or anything else that will help you to lay down or sit comfortably on the floor and relax. We start with a short breathing exercise (pranayma), which helps you start to feel comfortable and more relaxed.
Then you will be surrounded by sound of five gongs. After few minutes you will enter a meditative state and your own inner experience. The sound of gong penetrates, cleans, invigorates, rejuvenates, and connects you to your soul, your highest infinite self. Discover what will be yours.
There will be time after the session to allow you to slowly come back to the present moment and fully awaken.
I have some extra bolsters, yoga mats and sheep skins in case you forget to bring your own.
I have a cat named Vera who loves gongs, too! She usually leaves the room when I start to play, but reappears at the end of the session to give her greetings and share the good energy. If you are allergic or afraid of cats please let me know beforehand. No worries.

I have never been to a gong bath so was amazed at this first experience. Gulzan has five gongs , each with a different sound that reverberates through your body and brings different states of being and emotions. Afterwards I was astounded to find an hour had passed when I thought it was 20 minutes, I could have had more. I left feeling stress free but energized as well. Definitely bring a blanket and pillow to lie on during the winter months. Her place is quite clean and restful, I look forward to a repeat. The only thing I would suggest is for her to speak louder (is this a contradiction of what we are attempting to achieve?) and more history and methodology of gongs would be enlightening. I loved the experience

Before I met Gulzhan, I had never heard of a Gong Bath. I was intrigued to learn that Gong Baths have been practiced for thousands of years to promote physical and emotional health. It was unlike anything I have experienced before. The sound of the gongs was at times energizing and at times meditative... and very relaxing. I left feeling like I had regained a feeling of calm that often gets lost in our busy lives. Wonderful.

I loved my gong bath experience with Gulzhan! The gongs were so relaxing and her studio is peaceful. Bring whatever you need to feel comfortable on the floor for over an hour.
